PowerLine operates over West and North Yorkshire and has supplied diesel pump and injector services to organisations over the whole of the UK including the Shetland Isles.
At the Shipley base we are, generally, no more then 30 minutes by road from any diesel engine user in West Yorkshire and have many satisfied long term customers in North Yorkshire and East Lancashire.
Beyond this area we are quite happy to arrange for delivery by carrier.
Administration of the company, including sales is controlled by Peter Lambert.
All technical matters including fuel injection and vehicle servicing work is under the management and knowledgeable control of Simon Lambert with the very experienced help of his team of diesel specialists.
Simon has the technical knowledge and experience of all matters relating to diesel engine operation and all diesel fuel injection systems. Particular emphasis on problem analysis and resolution of running faults on the vehicle has produced a reputation for high class work throughout the region.
Peter Lambert has a very comprehensive engineering background having served his time on the shop floor and in the drawing office.
His practical experience is engineering based from building steam engines, repairing heavy plant and transport through to lecturing on service and engineering matters.
For a number of years he travelled the country and parts of the world as a service engineer dealing with engineering problems.
His most recent posts, before setting up PowerLine, have been plant and transport manager, general manager and managing director for a large national PLC. During this time he controlled a large base workshop for plant and transport with its own comprehensive engine re-build and test and diesel pump repair facility.
In 1984 he decided that there was demand for a good, competent and competitive independent diesel fuel injection specialist to compete with the OEM's. And PowerLine was formed.
